The MCC Theater released their cast forThe Wrong Man.
The cast includes three-time Tony Award nominee and Grammy Award nominee Joshua Henry, Ciara Renée, and Ryan Vasquez. Also in this production is American Idol finalist Anoop Desai, Tilly Evans-Krueger (RENT: Live), Malik Kitchen (Hamilton, Chicago), Libby Lloyd,Amber Pickens (Cirque du Soleil Paramour), Kyle Robinson (An American in Paris), Debbie Christine Tjong (Rags Parkland Sings the Songs of the Future), and Julius Williams.
Tony Award winner Thomas Kail is directing The Wrong Man, which follows Duran, a man who is just scraping by and is accused of a murder he didn’t commit. Tony and Grammy Award winner Alex Lacamoire is the music supervisor and orchestrator and the show features choreography by Emmy Award winner Travis Wall .
Performances will begin Wednesday, September 18th, 2019 and opening night is set for October 7, 2019 at the MCC Theater. The MCC Theater is one of New York’s leading nonprofit Off-Broadway companies, driven by a mission to provoke conversations that have never happened and otherwise never would.
