On this quarantine edition of the Showtune Countdown, Mark Blankenship talks to Tony Award-nominee Montego Glover (Memphis, Hamilton) about the way lyrics can change a performance and the time she heard her own voice coming from her neighbor's house. We also introduce a new feature: The Broadway surprise!
Glover also reminisces about her time in Memphis: "We developed Memphis for six years and then we ran for three years on Broadway. So truly, nearly half of my professional life in some form or fashion was spent developing, working on and performing Memphis."
