The Broadway League and American Theatre Wing announced today that the 74th Annual Tony Awards will be held at The Winter Garden Theatre on September 26th. As previously announced the ceremony will be a four-hour celebration that will be spread over two separate televised events. Most categories will be reveled in the 7pm Paramount+ telecast with the live concert event to follow.
The live concert titled Broadway's Back! will begin at 9pm on CBS and the CBS App. With the performances to celebrate the return of Broadway, all three Best Musical nominees will perform - Jagged Little Pill, Moulin Rouge! The Musical, and Tina: The Tina Turner Musical. The final three Tony Award categories: Best Play, Best Musical and Best Revival of a Play will be presented during the final presentation.
