Atlantic Theater Company (Neil Pepe, Artistic Director; Jeffory Lawson, Managing Director) is proud to announce the world premiere musical Days of Wine and Roses. Adapted from the 1962 film and original 1958 teleplay, the new musical will feature a book by Tony Award nominee Craig Lucas, music & lyrics by Tony Award winner Adam Guettel, and direction by Tony Award nominee Michael Greif.
Days of Wine and Roses will star Tony Award winner Kelli O’Hara as Kirsten and Tony Award nominee Brian d’Arcy James as Joe. Days of Wine and Roses will begin performances on Friday, May 5th for a limited engagement through Sunday, June 25th, 2023 Off-Broadway at the Linda Gross Theater (336 West 20th Street). Additional casting and an opening date will be announced at a later date.
